These cupcakes were made for a school fete. I was asked to do a cupcake stall. I made 100 mixed colored cupcakes the night before and they were so beautiful. I wanted to box them and keep them forever!
Really I should of made more as I sold out of everything in 15 minutes. Whoa! What's happening. As soon as I set up they were selling.
So pretty and beautiful, soft and fluffy. I made the decorations myself from fondant so they were also edible.
It was such a hit I have been asked to return and do another event at christmas time. Think I will be making double the amount!
Get creative and bake, bake, bake.
