Ferrero Rocher Cake Recipe

This is one of my favorite cakes to make, very easy but tastes delicious. I like to bake this cake in a bundt pan, but it can be baked in any cake pan.



Ingredients

Hazelnut chocolate spread
Digestive Biscuits

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray the cake pan with non stick cake cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Butter Cake Recipe, and pour mix in cake pan.
  3. Bake 35-40 minutes or when a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Leave cake in pan and cool on a wire cooling rack.
  5. When cooled, melt the chocolate spread and our it around the edges of the bundt cake. 
  6. Crush the biscuits and sprinkle all over the chocolate.
Your cake is now complete. Slice, serve and enjoy.
*If you are not using a bundt cake pan, just decorate the cake by pouring chocolate all over it and then sprinkling the biscuits over the chocolate.
*If you are allergic to nuts, use regular chocolate spread instead of hazelnut spread (not much difference).
